After four well-received albums, jazz singer Carin Lundin is now releasing her new project, "What Now My Love?" The album includes a jazzy lineup of songs written by Armstrong, Ellington, Frishberg, and others. Swedish jazz singer Carin Lundin has won several awards, including the Artist Board scholarship for authors in 2001, and the Anita O'Day Prize in 2007. In addition to her five studio albums, she performs frequently in Sweden and across Europe.
After four albums, praised by the major newspaper critics, will finally something new with jazz singer CARIN LUNDIN! The title is "What Now My Love?" And includes sweet swing and jazz feeling in the fine district of a mess of songs written by Ellington, Bécaud, Armstrong, Frishberg, Lundin among others .. The songs are chosen with care. The texts leave room for interpretation-Classics like "Just squeeze me, but please do not tease me," "I did not know what time it was," and "Baby, will not you please come home " is mixed with the little-known" I've got a heart full of rhythm "(Armstrong 37) and Carin's own" Do Be Mama ". The title track is originally a French 60s hit. Produced as a question sums up the album as a kind of Lundin-in-the-life-question: "What now my love?".
