Nabucco is an Italian opera in four acts, composed by Giuseppe Verdi in 1841. The work, featuring libretto by Ternistocle Solera, is based on biblical stories from the Book of Daniel and the Book of Jeremiah, as well as the play by Auguste Anicet-Bourgeois and Francis Cornue.
