Notes & Reviews:
American Record Guide, May/June 2016
All told, Daugherty's work is consistent, with an identifiable style and secure technique. There seems to be a gradual unveiling of his classical roots as he goes along. The music is a significant contribution and should be of interest to all listeners. These pieces are available elsewhere, but not all in one place. The booklet contains excellent and thorough notes by the composer. Engineering is clean.
