After a successful relationship with Capitol Records that lasted close to 20 years, in 1983 country-pop superstar Glen Campbell began a new chapter in his career when he signed a recording deal with Atlantic Nashville Records. Campbell would cut three albums for the label -- 1983's Old Home Town, 1984's Letter to Home, and 1985's It's Just a Matter of Time -- that revealed he was still a superb interpretive vocalist and a gifted guitar player. For the Good Times is a 2016 collection that brings together some of the best moments from Campbell's Atlantic releases. In addition to 14 songs issued between 1983 and 1985, the collection also features two previously unreleased selections, "Please Come to Boston" and the title track. ~ Mark Deming
