A singer whose rich, personable approach to classic country and bluegrass has earned him the admiration of such stars as Vince Gill, the Oak Ridge Boys, and Shawn Camp, Bradley Walker got an unusual career break when he was asked to sing at the funeral of a close friend, country singer Joey Feek. Also attending the service was gospel legend Bill Gaither, who was so moved by Walker's performance that he invited him to record an album for his record label. 2016's Call Me Old-Fashioned is a collection of country and bluegrass songs with a spiritual message, highlighting Walker's talent as a vocalist while also reflecting his strong Christian faith. ~ Mark Deming
