Notes & Reviews:

Antonio Rosetti was a native of Bohemia, where he was born as Franz Anton Roesler. He began his career on the double bass, with a post at the Oettingen-Wallerstein court. He soon assumed the directorship of the court ensemble and quickly developed it into one of Europe's best orchestras. This sparkling record offers two concertos for clarinet and a double-horn concerto.
