Notes & Reviews:

This is the second volume in this series devoted to the organ music of Georg Muffat. Volume One was a favorite of ours recently in the pages of "debut!", the monthy review of new recordings in our newspaper. Georg Muffat is credited with the unification of the musical styles of Italy, France, and Germany during the 17th century. In Paris the great Lully was among his distinguished mentors.
