Notes & Reviews:
Remo Mazzetti's first edition of Mahler's 10th was premiered in 1989, but after hearing the complete Wheeler edition in 1997, Mazzetti became dissatisfied with his own edition and began to revise it. The American premiere of this revised edition with the Cincinnati Symphony in February 2000 was immediately followed by the Telarc recording sessions for the present release: The world premiere of Mazzetti's revised performing edition of Mahler's 10th.
