Notes & Reviews:

Born in France in 1886, Marcel Dupre became the most famous organist composer of the Twentieth century, with a considerable catalog of organ, chamber and symphonic music. The four organ works on this disc range over forty years, from the programmatic "Suite Bretonne" written in 1923 to the 1965 "In Memoriam," the largest of Dupre's last works and written in memory of his daughter Marguerite.
