Notes & Reviews:

Andrew Litton has brought the Dallas Symphony forward with one fine recording after another of excellent quality; aided in part by the great engineers of Delos Records. Each recording has been of very difficult repertoire, and the DSO are astounding in how easily they handle the thorniest compositional challenges. The Shostakovich 10th on this album is brilliant and assured, and can stand comparison with any other version out there. This comes at a "2 for 1" price. Recommended.
