Notes & Reviews:
"Richard Croft is a sensitive singer with a lyrical voice that is firm through all its range. Mireille Delunsch's somewhat cool but attractive voice is well matched with Croft's, and her character is better delineated and contrasted with Orphee's than in the Vienna and Berlioz versions. Marion Harousseau, who was 16 years old when this was made, is effective as the child. The chorus [also] sings very well." - Moses, American Record Guide
