Notes & Reviews:

The 'Second Symphony', heard in Hungary in 1931 for the first time, is set out in the traditional four movements and recalls the music of Strauss and Delius. 'Suite No. 2', at times sensuous and mysterious with a delightful piquancy, suggests the composer was familiar with some of the lighter music of Sibelius.
