Joanna Madroszkiewicz's broad repertoire has made her an icon among contemporary violinists. In 1994 she was awarded the Officer's Cross for service to the Republic of Poland. The arrangements of these pieces have been used as encore pieces by violinists Fritz Kreisler, Pablo de Sarasate and Nathan Milstein
