Notes & Reviews:

Philipp Wolfrum was both an influential teacher and a composer. His music is much more difficult than that of other composers for the organ of his time, owing to his love of the music of J.S. Bach and the harmonic revelations of the Romantic period. Organist Martin Sander plays the Voit Organ of the Heidelberg City Hall, one of the first pipe organs with an electric console.
