the oratorio The resurrection of Christ was composed in August 1989 between Tortona and Adorno Micca, a lovely place in the surroundings of Biella, where Lorenzo Perosi went to find relief from the Roman summer heat, being a guest of the parish priest, and was completed by September 26th of the same year, in Torona.
