Performer Composers

Notes & Reviews:

Appearing here are 'Three Scores From Istanbul' which is a metaphor for the meeting of the ancient world, Christianity and the modern world. After completing this work, Delz knew he was close to death, and feeling an affinity for another composer who died young, he turned to the unfinished Sonata in C-major, D840 by Schubert. While following Schubert's style, he was able to inject something of his own spirit into the music.
