Notes & Reviews:

A graduate of the Julliard School, Paula Robison became the first American to win First Prize in flute at the Geneva International Competition. Currently a faculty member at the New England Conservatory, she has commissioned works by Leon Kirchner, Toru Takemitsu, Oliver Knussen, Robert Beaser, and others. One of the best-known flutists in the world, she has performed with major orchestras and ensembles in live performances and on many recordings. One Hundred Roses is another celebratory offering by Robison, where she performs Neapolitan songs along with other period works.
