Notes & Reviews:

Widely regarded as one of the most creative musicians of his generation, Julian Lloyd Webber has collaborated with an extraordinary array of musicians from Yehudi Menuhin, Lorin Maazel, and Neville Marriner to Georg Solti and Elton John. In his latest project for EMI Classics Julian Lloyd Webber's 'Unexpected Songs' reflects an overall calming and soothing theme. The title track is composed by Webber's brother, as well as part of the musical 'Song and Dance', whose dance numbers originated from an album he wrote for Julian.
