Notes & Reviews:

In his secular cantatas J.S. Bach tackled some of the lighter issues of life. Like coffee and marriage...Somehow these are not heard that often in concert halls. Now a re-issue of part of our much appreciated Complete Bach Edition: sixteen cantatas in great, by now almost historical performances with famous singers like Edith Mathis, Arleen Auger, and Peter Schreier.
