Notes & Reviews:

For the curiosity seeker, this CD will be of particular interest for the relatively forgotten Reginald Paul, born in North London in 1894. Recognized as a pianist of distinction, he played throughout Europe and formed various chamber ensembles, such as the London Pianoforte Quartet and the Fairhurst Trio. This disc should also prove rather nostalgic for the aficionados of the renowned piano virtuosi Simon Barere and Jesus Maria Sanroma.
