Notes & Reviews:
Esther Apituley is one of the greatest viola players of our time, alongside Kim Kashkashian and Yuri Bashmet. This broad, balanced program is a strong successor to Apituley's first CD, Violent Viola. Apituley is one of the few artists specializing in viola solo works, but has also performed with the National Ballet Orchestra, the Metropole Orchestra, and the Radio Chamber Orchestra.
