Album Summary
Performer
Nathan Milstein (Violin)
Notes & Reviews:
Nathan Milstein was one of those rare masters from a unique generation, born in an era of revolution, marked by war but also the following reconstruction and finally lasting peace. He was an heir to the tradition of the great violinist and pedagogue Leopold Auer. These recordings from 1955 and 1960 show Milstein at the height of his artistry.
