Violinist Jose Miguel Cueto was born in Puerto Rico where he received early piano and violin training. He studied violin at the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico and Peabody Conservatory of The Johns Hopkins University. Admired by public and critics for his solid technique, rich and beautiful tone, Strad Magazine recognized his New York debut as grounded, confident, and superb. Vladimir Lande was born in St. Petersburg. He graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory of Music with degrees in Oboe and Piano performance. In addition to his conducting schedule, Lande maintains a solo and chamber music career as an oboist. He is a member of the Poulenc Trio whose debut recording Poulenc Plays Poulenc was released recently by Marquis.
