Notes & Reviews:

Organist Carleton Etherington, a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, won first prize in the Paisley International Organ Festival competition in 1992 as well as the Performer of the Year award given by the Royal College of Organists in 1993. He is organist of Tewkesbury Abbey and conductor of the Bromsgrove Choral Society.

American Record Guide, November/December 2012
Langlais's piece comes from his Hommage a Frescobaldi and follows the same pattern as the Peeters. The variations are a bit more difficult to follow. They bear all the earmarks of Langlais's harmonic language. Effectively registered and played with the right touch.
