Notes & Reviews:

The 11 works included on this 3-CD set of the music of Viktor Kalabis were originally recorded in analogue for the lp format by the Czech record label, Supraphon. All of the music on this set was composed and recorded under Communist rule. This digital reissue displays the clear, spacious sound for which Supraphon was admired.
