Notes & Reviews:

Family matters must have been of great significance to Johann Sebastian Bach. He kept the family tradition alive by passing on the best possible musical education, and at least three of his children still have sonorous names today. This CD presents works by Wilhelm Friedemann, Carl Philipp Emanuel, and Johann Christian as well as Johann Sebastian Bach himself, performed by the young ensemble musica novantica vienna.
