Notes & Reviews:

Born in 1960 in Yorkshire, Robert Winn studied the flute at the Royal Academy of Music in London, subsequently winning the Anna Innstone Capital Radio Award in 1982. He took up the position of Principal Flute with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in 1985, and has appeared as a soloist with them and with the Philharmonia Orchestra. He has been widely regarded as one of the foremost flute teachers in the world. Aline Brewer has appeared as the Principal Harpist with the Philharmonia Orchestra and is much in-demand both as a soloist and chamber music player. Winner of many prizes and competitions, she studied at the Royal College of Music Junior Department with Daphne Boden for six years, and was awarded a Foundation Scholarship to study at the Royal College of Music, first with the late Renata Scheffel-Stein, and then with Marisa Robles.

David Campbell is internationally known as a concerto soloist, recitalist, and chamber musician, described by Jack Brymer as "the finest player of his generation." He has appeared as soloist with many leading orchestras including the English Chamber Orchestra, City of London Sinfonia, Bournemouth Sinfonietta, London Mozart Players, English String Orchestra, and many more. Since 2002, David has served as Artistic Director of MusicFest Aberystwyth.
