Out of print in the U.S.! Soul/R&B singer Will Downing may have the chops to become a Soul sensation, but for 20 years, the elusive 'big hit' has remained out of grasp. Despite the lack of 'super' stardom, Downing has done quite well, as this 1991 album, his third, proves. 10 tracks including 'She', 'I'll Wait', 'For All We Know' and more. Universal.
