The aim of this recording is to provide a few milestones among the works composed by Jaffrennou between 1997 and 2006. Three of these pieces combine electronics with the instrumental masses, the latter being quite variable, ranging from a trio in For Three to large forces (two ensembles of 15 musicians each) in Chronorythmie.
