Rock stars have tried their hand at classical music before, so this effort adds to the party. I salute Mr. Greenwood's courageous ambition, but what it will mean in the long run remains to be seen. Performances and recordings were made in Wroclaw, Poland as a part of the 2011 European Culture Congress. I would bet that Penderecki had a part to play in all this, and I wonder what he thinks.
