Guitarist Giorgio Mirto takes on the theme in a beguiling set of little-known and contemporary works for guitar. The repertoire is varied, ranging from Mirto's own compositions to those of old Argentinean masters, but each piece brims with color and expression to evoke the moods of night and darkness.
