Notes & Reviews:
First CD of a planned three-CD series featuring recordings at the Walcker organ in St. Anna's in Annaberg-Buchholz, one of the best organs in East Germany for performing French and German late romantic organ pieces. Faithfully restored in 1995, the organ is played here by Matthias Süß, longtime organist at the instrument and thus very familiar with its possibilities.
Notes & Reviews:Recording information: St. Annenkirche Annaberg-Buchholz (10/2011).
