Notes & Reviews:

The Atlanta Singers are a professional vocal ensemble known for innovative programming and engaging performance style. Now in their 33rd season, the group has developed a reputation for excellence in the performance of a wide range of coral repertoire. They are heard frequently on Performance Today.

American Record Guide, May/June 2013
This is a professional vocal ensemble directed impressively by David Morrow of Atlanta's Morehouse College. The introspective selections are especially memorable - most notably the Frank Ticheli songs, Adolphus Hailstork's 'Cloths of Heaven', and Lane Johnson's aptly named 'Inward Stillness'. There's lots of spirit in the more animated songs too. The recording is dedicated to the memory of Robert Lower, a baritone and stalwart board member of the Atlanta Singers. His wife Cheryl is the solo soprano in 'I Will Trust in the Lord', a gracious and loving tribute if ever there was one. Texts and translations are included in a handsome booklet, and the engineering is just fine.
