Notes & Reviews:

The atmosphere of music that surrounded the Hapsburg court of the 17th century, headed by musical monarch Leopold I, fostered great creativity, most particularly around the organ. This selection of works by court organists Froberger, Keril, and Poglietti - as well as other greats of the era - are performed on the high Baroque 1743 Bossarts at Muri for maximum fidelity to sound.

Notes & Reviews:

Recording information: Abbey Church of Muri (07/29/2011-07/31/2011).
