Arthur Rubenstein is regarded as one of the greatest pianists of the twentieth century. This rare live recording of Rubenstein, made by the BBC in 1963, has only recently been discovered in the National Sound Archives. Never before released, the recordings feature composers who were closely associated with Rubenstein's signature style and tone.
