Notes & Reviews:

Under the direction of Florian Helgath, the Chor des Bayerischen Rundfunks sings German holiday classics along with selections from France, Italy and Great Britain. Music between the carols is provided by oboist François Leleux, enriching the CD with restful instrumental intermezzi and virtuosic touches. A close alignment with Christmas and the music of the season makes for a truly wonderful Christmas holiday.
