Notes & Reviews:

The transcription and arrangement of musical works was common practice in the 18th century. In most of the cases, these are original transcriptions by the performing artists, who nonetheless follow the documented practice of the time for such transcriptions. Commonly, both performers would play with their left hands in unison, while with their right, each players takes a different treble part. These ornately embellished performances are captured in robust sound.
