Album Summary
Performer
Andre De Groote (Piano)
Notes & Reviews:
The three piano concertos composed by Maltese composer Charles Camilleri were composed between 1948 and 1985. Camilleri's musical language is based in traditional harmony, however, the three works display distinctly different dialects of this language. Throughout, the music is well crafted, interesting and engaging. The album presents a portrait of a unique voice in 20th century music.
