Remarks:

If one were to enumerate the pioneers of American film music, Miklos Rozsa would certainly be numbered amongst them. Rozsa enjoyed a successful career in Hollywood that brought him sixteen Oscar nominations and three Oscar awards, including an award for the music to Ben-Hur.
