Album Summary
Conductor Ensemble ComposersNotes & Reviews:
Franz Konwitschny conducts Richard Strauss's 'Sinfonia Domestica', realized in a brilliantly virtuosic manner by the Staatskapelle Dresden. The sound is revelatory, definitely one for the audiophiles. Also includes the 'Jena' Symphony, formerly attributed to Beethoven as one of his youthful works, but now known to be by Friedrich Witt.
Note: This title is rare and is considered a collector’s item. It is priced according to its common market value. If the record label that it is on goes on sale, it will also be reduced in price.
