Notes & Reviews:
"This recording is blessed by superb sound that is a model for the depth, clarity, and resonance that a good choral recording should have. The chamber choir I Vocalisti performs with admirable purity of style. A vibrato-laded, full-voiced approach is consciously avoided. There are moments when the music gets the best of them, as in the climax of the chant des religieuses 'Noel': soprano Raphaela Mayhaus is decidedly flat when she reaches for the high note that should have been the pieces big finish. Ouch. But such weak moments are not enough to offset the recording's good points." Boyer, American Record Guide
