Notes & Reviews:

Leo Slezak, sometimes referred to as 'the German Caruso', was one of the most celebrated tenors at the Vienna Court Opera. His exquisitely beautiful lyric-dramatic voice was preserved on more than 450 record sides from 1901 until 1937. The present selections date from 1905 through 1928. One of the best-selling volumes in the 'Living Voices' series!
