Bull: Walsingham Organ & Keyboard Works / Rampe

Notes & Reviews:

John Bull is regarded by some as the Franz Liszt of the 16th century, and his eccentric lifestyle and virtuosic compositions make the comparison an easy one. Bull's music was unique and misunderstood for his time, composed with inventive devices like writing in two different time signatures which were intended to be played simultaneously.
