Christian Gerhaher is the 2006 Gramophone Award winner in solo vocal music! In 1998, Christian Gerhaher won the International Award Pro Musicis in Paris/New York. In 2002, he was awarded the Echo Klassik for Best Lied Interpretation for the recording of Schubert's Winterreise. As a Lied accompanist Gerold Huber (b. 1969) has performed at the most prestigious festivals. He also enjoys a career as solo pianist.
