  • How much do you charge for shipping?
    Please refer to the table below for a list of countries that we currently serve as well as the corresponding shipping rates. All rates are in U.S. dollars.

    *For multiple CD sets, count the number of CDs in the set. In other words, multiple CD sets are counted as the number of CDs in the set.

  • How will my CDs be shipped?
    H&B generally uses the US Postal Service to deliver your order. We typically use either First-Class or Priority Mail, depending on the value of the package. Large shipments of more than $250.00 are sent via U.P.S. International orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail or International Economy Parcel.

  • How long will it take for my CDs to arrive?
    Most CDs will arrive at your doorstep between 10 to 14 days from the time you place your order.

  • Why does it take 10-14 days for my CDs to arrive?
    As you've probably noticed, we offer an extensive selection of CDs on a wide range of labels, many of them small, independent, foreign, hard to find, or some combination of the above. When dealing with uncommon titles, it sometimes takes a little longer for us to track down the discs you're looking for. Rest assured that if anyone can find a certain hard to locate disc, it will be H&B.

  • Only some of my CDs came. Where are the others?
    If most of your discs are ready to ship but we are still waiting to receive a few others, rather than hold up your entire order we will ship what we have on hand and then send the remaining items when we receive them. You will not be charged for CDs until we have shipped them to you.

  • What does it mean that an item has been backordered?
    If our vendor is out of stock on a title that we are trying to obtain for you, it will go on backorder. We will notify you if an item needs to be backordered. When such titles become available again, we will ship them to you, or if they are remainders from a larger order that has been partially filled, we will contact you to make certain that you still require them.

  • What is your returns policy?
    If a CD arrives damaged or defective, we will be glad to replace it for you with a copy of the same title. If a CD is unopened and you decide you no longer want it, we will gladly accept the item as a return and refund your money. Please include a note of explanation for your return and a copy of your invoice, or note your name, address, customer number, order number and order date.
