As a member of the Empire Brass Quintet for thirteen years, Mark Hetzler has performed in recital and as a soloist with symphony orchestras worldwide. He is the trombone professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a member of the Wisconsin Brass Quintet. The sequel to his 2002 Summit release (and his fourth disc on Summit) features new music by American composers.
