Shipping Rates/Guidelines

Shipping charges are based on the weight and the shipping method you choose. All shipping costs will be clearly calculated during checkout before you are asked to enter payment information and submit your order. 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Often your order is shipped out the same day it was placed, depending on the time of day. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments will be sent out the same day if you have submitted your order by 12 noon Eastern Time. We do not use Saturday or Sunday delivery for Next Day and 2nd Day shipments (for example, a 2nd Day shipment that leaves the warehouse on Friday will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesday). We do not offer Express Shipping for addresses outside of the U.S.


You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. This notification will include pertinent details about your shipment, including tracking numbers if applicable. To view the status of your order at any time, log into your account and click "My Account" in the top right corner of the page. From your account, click on "Orders" to see an overview of your order history and "Details" next to the order overview to see full details including your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: For orders shipped outside of the U.S., Arkiv/HBDirect is not responsible for customs charges, duties or taxes which may be applied to your shipment. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE: To ensure that you receive your order in time for the 2021 holiday season, we highly recommend placing your orders by 12/13/2021. We cannot guarantee that USPS will be able to deliver the order in time if it is placed after that date. Please expect extended delay times and be patient with the carrier as we go into the holiday season this year.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders to Norway, the European Union,* or the United Kingdom. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We greatly value our customers in those regions and look forward to finding a solution to service them in the future. UPDATE FOR AUSTRALIAN and NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS (as of 9/3/21): We regret to inform you that USPS has temporarily suspended shipments from the United States to Australia and New Zealand due to COVID-19 restrictions. USPS has not announced a timeframe on when the suspension will be lifted.  We do not have an viable solution at this time to continue to take orders for our customers in that area, but we will keep you updated.
